SumUp Consumer helps consumers manage their money with ease and get more from everyday spending. It offers seamless payment experiences and financial tools designed for modern life-spanning banking, cards, savings, and open banking. This is a high-impact Engineering Manager role where you'll lead a cross-functional team of backend, iOS, and Android engineers building the systems and experiences that power SumUp Consumer. You'll be responsible for the reliability, quality, and pace of delivery across features that consumers interact with every day-while growing a team that takes real ownership of what they ship. You'll work closely with Product and Design to turn ambitious ideas into production-grade products, and you'll help shape the technical direction of a consumer experience that's still defining itself.
