Position Overview StepStone is seeking an Analyst to join its global RFP Team, supporting business development efforts across the firm as it continues to grow. The Analyst will draft proposals, presentations, and analyses in response to prospective client requests, collaborating across all levels of the firm - including research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, and HR. The ideal candidate brings strong writing and project management skills, a solid interest in private markets (private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and private debt), and at least two years of relevant experience in financial or legal services. A bachelor's degree, maturity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are expected.
