What You'll Do This role will lead a team of Field Application Engineers within the designated business unit. This leadership includes: Team Leadership• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of FAE's.• Set clear goals and expectations for the FAE team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Sales Support• Partner with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.• Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase product capabilities and address customer needs.• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product roadmap.
