You'll work in an independent environment to support the flow of production parts and repairs. Our expert team and supportive leaders give you the trust and independence to do your best work. You'll collaborate with other departments to ensure that our products and services meet the highest industry standards. As an Engineering Director, you'll provide overall direction to the engineering function through development of engineering policies and procedures consistent with organizational requirements and corporate standards. Direct engineering resources on the business unit in order to efficiently improve the processes, procedures, methods and materials used in the repair and overhaul processes while ensuring product quality is maintained and striving for quality improvements.
