About The Role: As a Director, Programmatic Retail Media Strategy , you will be responsible for executing and optimizing programmatic display campaigns, leveraging data to drive performance for leading global brands. In addition, you will lead and mentor a team of DSP specialists ensuring consistent campaign performance. What You Will Do: - Oversee critical client business leveraging programmatic advertising as their primary sales vehicle. - Manage a team to develop, optimize, and oversee programmatic display campaigns on display platforms including Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect (DSS) and The Trade Desk (DSP). - Own relationships with the business development team, leading display advertising efforts, including RFP responses, upselling, and managing contract renewals. - Demonstrate mastery of P&L dynamics, overseeing revenue projections, ensuring team profitability, and promptly communicating any risks to leadership. - Guide the development of strategic
