Descrizione del lavoro: Sia ricerca per la sede di Milano una risorsa da inserire in stage nella Practice Insurance per una durata di 6 mesi. Il tirocinante verrà coinvolto in progetti di rilievo all'interno dei maggiori Clienti del mercato assicurativo domestico ed internazionale. Lavorando in un team di consulenti esperti, avrai l'opportunità di: Partecipare alla definizione ed alla realizzazione di piani operativi di conformità a nuove normative di settore Contribuire al miglioramento del sistema di gestione dei rischi dei clienti, in termini di efficacia ed efficienza, verificando i processi di analisi, calcolo e reporting del profilo di rischio Definire e implementare modelli operativi target di specifiche aree aziendali Collaborare alla gestione di progetti di trasformazione Lo stage è finalizzato all'assunzione previa valutazione positiva delle performance. Qualifiche: Titolo di studio: Laurea magistrale in discipline Economiche, preferibilmente con un focus nel settore assicurativo e/o di gestione dei rischi. Requisiti fondamentali: Conoscenza di base del mondo assicurativo
