We value strong academic backgrounds and a proven ability to deliver results-through prior consulting experience or a successful first role within banking or financial services. As a Management Consultant , you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation projects for our clients. You will: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and co-design actionable solutions. Support end-to-end project delivery, including gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions. Map current-state and future-state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
