In addition, the Company includes MSG Networks, which operates two regional sports and entertainment networks, MSG Network and MSG Sportsnet, as well as a direct-to-consumer and authenticated streaming product, MSG+, delivering a wide range of live sports content and other programming. The Concessions Associate is responsible for preparing food/beverage items and selling products to guests during events in a friendly & courteous manner. This position is also responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their assigned location, processing cash and charge transactions and assisting Team Leads with timely set-up and breakdown of all work areas, specifics in food safety, food production, guest relations, equipment use and maintenance. What will you do? - Prepare display sell products to patrons in a friendly and courteous manner. - Assist patrons in their selection of merchandise by answering any questions they may have. - Assist concession, and bar supervisors in the set-up of the assigned selling area. - Process credit card charge transactions for food/beverage selling areas. - Walking and selling various food & beverage items throughout the Sphere front-of-house. - Verify point of sale terminal financials and reconcile with stand lead and/or supervisor by location. - Completes daily and nightly
