SUPERVISOR, ELECTRICAL As a member of the critical infrastructure team, you will help design, build, activate and maintain some of the world's most technically advanced manufacturing facilities. You will be able to operate with autonomy to solve diverse and complex problems, excel at managing multiple projects at a time and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians and be the extreme owner of all infrastructure work. The Electrical Supervisor is an important role and directly impacts the foundation of the Hawthorne site. This position will help to ensure that we keep facility maintenance costs low, vendors competitive and efficient, and find better ways to enhance our image to customers, visitors, and VIPs. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Lead, coordinate and supervise a team responsible for facilities electrical construction and maintenance at the SpaceX Hawthorne Production Facilities; dedicated to ensuring zero unplanned interruptions in services to the employees and customers. - Coordinate electrical projects to ensure vendors meet SpaceX, and local standards while delivering promised services, materials, and craftsmanship. - Plan and direct electrical construction and maintenance activities
