PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, STARLINK SILICON ASSEMBLY As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and scale high-performance teams responsible for the insourcing of custom integrated circuits and packages - from rapid prototyping through high-volume production. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, operations, and management to solve problems quickly in a demanding, fast-paced cleanroom environment. The ideal candidate is motivated by Starlink's mission to deliver high-speed, low-latency global connectivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead a team of manufacturing specialists, technicians, and equipment maintenance personnel accountable for process development, product qualification, reliability, and high-volume ramp of silicon packages and flight/consumer hardware. - Own safety performance, ensuring all team members receive required Environmental, Health & Safety training and strictly follow safety policies. - Develop and mentor team members through training, performance management, career progression, hiring, and discipline. - Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and other tools to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, lower costs, and improve throughput and quality. - Develop and execute daily production plans, prioritizing work based on customer commitments, manpower, equipment capacity, and material availability. - Analyze production data, resolve operational issues, and lead root cause analysis (5Why, 8D, A3) and
