PRODUCTION SCHEDULING SUPERVISOR: The Production Scheduling team is responsible for developing, monitoring, and fulfilling a Master Schedule to meet production part demands. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead a team of Production Coordinators responsible for the accurate staging, allocation, and packing of aviation hardware kits for customer delivery. This role serves as a critical liaison between Account Managers, Production, Material Management, and Logistics teams to ensure customer demands are met on time. The ideal candidate excels at driving quick escalations, maintaining strong cross-functional communication, and optimizing kit fulfillment processes in a fast-paced aviation production environment. This role allows for direct impact to production success and opportunities to engage with all aspects of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Production Coordinators, including performance management, training, and daily guidance. - Oversee the end-to-end staging, work allocation, kitting, and packing of aviation hardware kits to ensure accuracy and timeliness. - Act as a liaison between Account Managers, Production, Material Management, and Logistics teams to align priorities and quickly resolve issues. - Ensure work is correctly allocated and kits are packed according to customer specifications and quality standards. - Drive
