PRODUCTION SCHEDULER (STARSHIP) The Production Scheduler for SpaceX's Starship program drives efficient production by developing rate-based schedules, identifying part shortages, projecting long-term departmental needs, and tracking constraints across builds while collaborating with teams to set and execute daily/weekly goals that align with overall rate targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in production scheduling for a given production work center, including identifying need dates for all part shortages and projecting long-term high-level rate needs for the department. Create a rate-based schedule for your hardware and define/track constraints across your build for the next 6+ missions. - Use an established schedule to create and generate stakeholder buy-in on various scenarios to determine optimal hardware allocation between new/refurb hardware that take into account customer needs, current mission manifest, and customer quality requirements. - Work with production teams to set, track, and execute daily and weekly goals for the work center that take into account personnel and equipment constraints but support overall rate targets. - Build strong relationships with internal suppliers and establish high-accuracy means of communication for both estimated hardware needs and completion dates. - Manage the scheduling and prioritization of your hardware at shared resources that are common to multiple departments at
