MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION As the Manager of Construction, you will own the responsibility of leading a technically excellent team to design and build office spaces across the globe . This leader will directly impact the foundation of the many SpaceX sites and work daily with executive-level staff. You will be able to operate with autonomy to solve diverse and complex problems, excel at managing multiple projects at a time, and mentor, coach, and train others. You will have the opportunity to drive positive change and own projects from start to finish, with the goal of making the SpaceX international and domestic offices efficient and impactful, ultimately leading to making life multiplanetary. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage a team of direct and indirect reports within the construction team, including but not limited to construction project engineers, MEP engineers, designers, architects, and other individuals supporting construction projects - Coordinate workload for individuals and steer prioritization - Forecast and respond to construction project issues and escalations - Interface with senior leaders (VP/executive) and provide construction updates - Improve process planning by which construction projects are formulated, priced,
