INTERNATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (STARLINK) SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars. Starlink is revolutionizing global connectivity as the world's largest satellite-based ISP, powered by our vast satellite constellation and global ground infrastructure. The Infrastructure Operations team oversees suppliers, costs, and delivery of the ground network worldwide. We're seeking talented team members to grow and manage our global antenna ground stations (Gateways) and datacenter points of presence (PoPs). In this high-impact role, you'll cultivate strategic partnerships with key ground infrastructure suppliers-including datacenters, fiber companies/ISPs, internet exchanges (IXs), and other in-region partners-to identify, deliver, and operate Starlink's ground infrastructure. As our footprint expands, you'll tackle challenges in supplier management, cost optimization, speed to activation, service delivery, and reliability. We're looking for creative, fast problem-solvers who thrive on challenges outside their comfort zone.
