DIRECTOR, CONSUMER GROWTH (STARLINK BROADBAND) As Director of Consumer Growth for the Starlink Broadband business, you will lead the strategy and execution for revenue growth and market penetration for Starlink's satellite broadband network around the world. Starlink is the most global telecommunications company, operating in over 160 countries and territories worldwide. This role plays a pivotal part in SpaceX's mission to provide global connectivity, enabling underserved populations to access reliable internet for education, work, and entertainment. You will oversee cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to scale consumer adoption while navigating competitive and regulatory landscapes. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for consumer broadband services, including pricing, bundling, and promotional campaigns to maximize subscriber acquisition and retention. - Take full ownership of consumer growth outcomes, including customer retention and high growth rates (at least 2x year over year) across multiple regions, cost optimization, forecasting demand, and supply chain coordination. - Analyze consumer market trends, competitive intelligence, and user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance the end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to support. - Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware (e.g.,
