At Solidroad we're solving a big, messy, exciting problem: how do you scale customer support without losing what makes humans amazing? Warmth, empathy, intuition. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Founder's Associate who sees this role as more than just keeping things running. You'll be the operational backbone of our SF and Dublin offices - the person who makes sure two Co-Founders can stay focused on building the company, every new hire arrives to a desk that's actually ready for them, and the office genuinely feels like a place people want to be. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, office management, and people operations. It touches nearly every part of how Solidroad runs and how its employees experience it day-to-day. You'll report to the Head of Operations and work in close partnership to keep everything moving - from managing Co-Founder calendars and coordinating cross-timezone meetings, to organizing candidate interviews , handling immigration paperwork, and making sure swag boxes land on time.
