Process Engineer II (Electrode Slurry) Louisville, CO Position Overview: Solid Power is seeking a Process Engineer II to join our talented team of engineers and scientists working to revolutionize the battery industry through the development of next‐generation, all solid‐state rechargeable batteries. Solid Power is a public company with a dynamic, fast‐paced, and highly collaborative environment where innovation thrives. This role will play a key part in owning, troubleshooting, and improving the electrode slurry process within our battery cell pilot line. The preferred candidate will have process or manufacturing engineering experience, strong troubleshooting instincts, and a drive to make hands-on improvements alongside operators. Electrode slurry is the first step in the cell manufacturing process, and it sets the foundation for everything that follows. Changes and deviations here carry downstream into the cell manufacturing process, and the data we collect from finished cells makes it one of the most demanding and consequential processes we run. As the dedicated owner of this process, you will operate, troubleshoot, and improve the equipment and protocols that produce anode, cathode, and separator slurries, working day to day with operators, supervisors and fellow process engineers. Comfort working in gloveboxes and a dry room is part of the role.
