Solid Power is a public company with a dynamic, fast‐paced, and highly collaborative environment where innovation thrives. The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO is a trusted strategic and operational partner who amplifies the CEO's effectiveness and accelerates execution of enterprise priorities. Operating with high judgment and discretion, the CoS ensures that strategy, decisions, and communications translate into sustained action across the organization. This role functions as a force multiplier for the CEO-improving decision velocity, organizational alignment, and execution rigor in a complex public company environment. The CoS is not a functional executive, decision-maker, or spokesperson, but operates through influence, clarity, and deep trust with the CEO and executive leadership team. It is not primarily an administrative or scheduling position, and it does not replace or assume ownership of program management, HR, or finance responsibilities. Instead, the role exists to complement these functions by enabling alignment, clarity, and effective execution at the enterprise level.
