The role The Lock Desk Specialist will be responsible for ensuring SoFi company policies and procedures related to rate locks are accurate and meet loan pricing compliance standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the mortgage industry, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to serve as a critical point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. This position follows a hybrid work model and requires in-office attendance 2 days per week. What you'll do: - Enforce Lock Desk policy & procedures. - Assist the company's loan officers with rate lock maintenance, loan re-prices, and general Lock. - Monitor and track Best Effort rate locks with investors. - Confirm
