Snowflake is looking for an experienced Lead, Payroll Operations to be an integral part of the payroll operation supporting the APAC region. This position will be based in Pune, India . You are a versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, analytical collaborator and a strong communicator. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your role is a hybrid of direct operational execution and supervisory oversight to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations. This role will be individual contributor, while you will not have direct reports, you will be responsible for the supervisory health of the broader APAC payroll landscape, driving process standardization and automation to ensure all regional operations remain smooth, scalable, and compliant.
