Focus on increasing both the quantity and quality of our SEMI sales to customers through technical expertise and assistance in current sales efforts, as well as innovation for new product development. Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of tasks in several areas of applications engineering: Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical support to manage customized burn-in sockets for the semiconductor industry. Accompany sales staff on visits to customer sites to identify and understand customer needs. Qualify and Communicate product opportunities. Coordinate with engineering, sales and marketing to thoroughly understand internal capabilities, evolving product lines, and company goals. Review customer requests to determine if standard product offerings
