Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Shipping Administrator to join our Supply Chain team in Hemel Hempstead on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity to play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our global operations. You will work as part of a close-knit team, coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and supporting the delivery of critical equipment to customers worldwide. This role office based 5 days a week. This is a fast-paced and varied role where attention to detail, strong communication and a solutions-focused mindset are essential. What You'll Be Doing Acting as a key point of contact for delivery queries, supporting both internal teams and customers Coordinating import and export shipments across air and road freight Preparing shipping and customs documentation, including export-controlled goods Supporting customs clearance processes for UK imports Tracking shipments and resolving any delays or issues
