Job Description: The Quality Engineering role designs, implements, and maintains quality assurance methodologies, controls, and inspection protocols to ensure materials and manufacturing processes consistently meet defined specifications, regulatory requirements, and product quality standards from in‑process stages through final production. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for handling customer complaints. Performs investigations with the engineering department. Follows up with different departments to ensure that corrective actions are taken to resolve customers issues in a timely manner. Provides status updates to quality manager on work progress. Works proactively as part of a team to help with continuous improvements in a fast-paced work environment. Positive attitude and have a good rapport with team members and with other departments. Performance of first article inspections (FAI). Qualifications: Must possess a bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or related field. 3-5 years of experience in in Quality Engineering for an electronics company. Must possess technical knowledge in and be interested to learn new technologies. Familiar with Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with investigation performance in 8D methodologies ( Ishikawa, 5Whys ). Basic knowledge of statistical analysis performance. Basic knowledge of regulations in the aerospace domain.
