Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Ledger Accountant (Mid-Level) to join our Shared Service Center. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the Mexico region, supporting controllership activities, and maintaining compliance with IFRS standards . The position requires strong technical accounting expertise, SAP proficiency, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for the Mexico region. Prepare and review general ledger journal entries , accruals, provisions, and adjustments. Execute and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations , ensuring accuracy and completeness. Analyze variances and provide explanations to management and controllership. Support financial statement preparation in accordance with IFRS . Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies. Actively support audit processes (internal and external).
