STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for an Elbow Bend Trainee to join the team. This position is responsible for the fabrication, shaping, bending, and assembly of metal products for aircraft applications. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with reasonable accommodation when necessary. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Locates and marks bending and cutting lines onto workpiece Sets up and operates benders Cuts, deburrs, and sizes bent tubes to verify conformity using fixtures or mylars as needed Positions, aligns, and fits parts together Verifies conformance of workpiece to specifications Fabricates and assembles tubing metal products While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
