We partner with our customers and help them meet the latest environmental standards and keep their operations safe and controlled. Job Description: Develop, implement, and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and selected indirect categories, in alignment with overall procurement and business objectives Manage sourcing activities related to technical equipment, machinery, and service contracts across multiple regions Take full end-to-end ownership of assigned categories, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, pricing, lead times, and performance management Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing initiatives, standardization, and supplier consolidation Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to support CAPEX projects and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships, including evaluation of new suppliers and technologies Monitor supplier markets, industry trends, and innovations in equipment and technical services Support global CAPEX planning and investment projects from sourcing perspective Qualifications: Experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing of technical equipment, services, or CAPEX-related projects Experience with CAPEX categories is
