Job Description: Research, define, clarify and capture all materials data required for the fulfilment of product regulatory compliance customer responses, through direct drawing research and interaction and research with relevant internal and external stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations, and suppliers). Responsibilities: Supports Product Regulatory Compliance ( PRC ) customer responses and SalesForce PRC Customer Service Tickets received Research, Identify and capture per Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist direction materials used to produce all Interconnect products Work collaboratively the wider organization (Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Qualification Test, etc.) to identify all materials used to manufacture Interconnect products Be knowledgeable in and able to proficiently access Glovia, PowerBI, PDM, Omnify, Shared Drives, Team sites, and external to Interconnect supplier material knowledge
