As a Claims Corporate Representative , you'll serve as Slide's trusted representative in legal proceedings while driving the effective resolution of litigated property claims. You'll partner closely with defense counsel, claims leadership, and internal teams to protect Slide's interests and ensure timely, compliant outcomes. What You'll Do Litigation Representation & Strategy Represent Slide as the corporate representative in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, pre‑trials, and trials Defend, negotiate, and settle litigated claims Sign interrogatory responses on behalf of the company Work closely with defense counsel, litigation examiners, and leadership on claim strategy Claims Oversight & Analysis Monitor assigned lawsuits and oversee timely disposition of litigated claims Conduct coverage analysis based on policy language, facts, and allegations Review records and documentation to verify property damage and claim exposure Identify risks, develop resolution strategies, and negotiate successful outcomes Documentation, Compliance & Collaboration Document all relevant activity in the claims management system Maintain effective diary management to ensure deadlines are met Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders throughout the claim lifecycle Support additional initiatives and duties as assigned What You Bring Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required Active Florida 6‑20 Insurance License required 5+ years of first‑party property claims adjusting experience 3+ years
