Equipment Maintenance Technician Senior 2401 E 86th St, Bloomington, MN 55425, USA Equipment Maintenance Technician Senior 2401 E 86th St, Bloomington, MN 55425, USA Posted Thursday, June 11, 2026 Sign-On Bonus: All new hires for this role will receive up to $7,500 sign-on bonus (amount dependent on experience). Position Summary: Our Equipment Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing preventative maintenance, electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and installation of various semiconductor fabrication machines and equipment. Shift: during training for the first few months, you will be on E Shift: Mon- Fri 8:00AM- 5:00PM. After training, move to the following shift: C Shift: Thurs-Sat and every other Wed, 6:00AM- 6:15PM Responsibilities: Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble Semiconductor Fabrication equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating and repair manuals. Use test and diagnostic equipment to identify root cause problems and put corrective actions in place. Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance duties on Semiconductor production equipment. Complete and maintain required documentation for quality standards. Rebuild equipment and sub-assemblies as required. Perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. Participate in Maintenance or cross-functional teams such as 5S+ and CIP. Take ownership of small projects and equipment assembly tasks Work with outside vendors as required Process chemical and gas handling Maintains critical spares and consumables inventory. Required Qualifications Education: 2 Year Technical/Associates Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing or a related discipline Or equivalent military training / work experience.
