About the Role Skydio is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Commercial Programs to lead the implementation, deployment, and successful transition of our autonomous drone solutions for a major enterprise customer. This customer-facing role sits within our Mission Success organization and is critical to delivering high-impact dock-based UAS programs focused on site security and operational efficiency. You will own end-to-end program execution - from planning and deployment through operational handoff and long-term program stabilization. This is a complex, multi-phase engagement requiring strong coordination across technical, operational, and regulatory work-streams as the customer moves toward an internally operated, enterprise-scale drone program. Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (On-site / Hybrid) What You'll Work On: - Lead planning and execution of dock-based autonomous UAS deployments and program transitions - Drive operational readiness and successful handoff from vendor-supported to customer-led operations - Partner with the customer to develop and implement enterprise governance, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training programs, and Safety Management System (SMS) elements - Manage program scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across hardware, software integrations, regulatory compliance,
