Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Equipment & Inventory Specialist to support the Solutions Engineering team with daily inventory tracking, equipment preparation, logistical support, and operational readiness for a growing technical operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, organization, and supporting fast-paced field operations. This position will begin as a part-time 1099 contractor role with the opportunity to grow based on operational needs and performance. Key Responsibilities - Inventory & Asset Management - Track and maintain equipment inventory across multiple locations - Update inventory spreadsheets and asset databases - Monitor equipment movement between facilities and field teams - Forecasting and ordering inventory with manufacturing and vendors - Assist with receiving, organizing, and staging incoming equipment - Equipment Preparation & Logistics - Prepare equipment kits for shipment and deployment - Perform basic inspections and readiness checks - Label and organize equipment, cases, and accessories - Assist with packing, shipping, LTL booking, and receiving operations - Coordinate shipments
