About the role: Skydio is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing leader to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth within our commercial segment. This is a hands-on role that leads strategic planning and orchestration of high-performing campaigns, delivering measurable results against aggressive pipeline targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute segment-specific go-to-market strategies for physical security and energy/utilities, including tailored messaging, channel mix, and campaign approaches that resonate with buying committees - Quarterback cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content, social media, event marketing, email/lifecycle, customer marketing, and channel partners, to plan and execute integrated campaigns. - Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting high-value accounts within priority segments, coordinating personalized outreach across digital, events, and direct channels - Own the development and management of the overall commercial marketing program calendar. Ensure stakeholders understand what programs and activities are planned and executed - Analyze pipeline and marketing data regularly to report on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Use insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns
