They all run on our global streaming platform - a shared technological core where each service plugs in its own content and brand. Our platform serves millions of users worldwide - Peacock alone reaches over 40 million viewers in the US. Thousands of engineers across the globe help shape it, and our Prague tech hub plays a key role. We don't just keep things running; we actively push the boundaries of streaming technology together with teams in Lisbon, London, and New York. In Prague, we work across a wide range of engineering domains: frontend development (mobile, TV, and web), backend (Java), platform engineering, content delivery networks, video playback (Golang), and data engineering (Python). Whatever your focus, you'll work on technology used at truly global scale. What is the plot? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to drive improvements and new features for our multi- CDN services , supporting the Web and API traffic for our G lobal S treaming P latform . Our department provides the platform infrastructure and capabilities for our developers, SREs, and client teams.
