What you'll do - Proactively manage calendars, including coordinating sales and partnership meetings, discovery calls, legal contract negotiations, etc. - Ensure the effectiveness of meetings by sending preparation and follow-up materials, such as sales agreements, legal documents, etc. - Plan and execute internal events (in-person and virtual), including team offsites, trainings, and team travel weeks.
