About the Role: We are seeking an experienced CPA with a strong audit background to join our accounting firm as a Senior Auditor. You will lead audit engagements from start to finish, supervise junior audit staff, and manage multiple client engagements across diverse industries. This is a hands-on role that requires ownership, independence, and a commitment to quality work. In addition to strong audit expertise, this role requires a forward-thinking mindset. Our firm is actively implementing new technologies across audit, tax, and firm-wide operations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment and demonstrate either experience with modern tools or a strong willingness to learn and adopt them quickly. We are currently using AI and automation tools across functions, including: - Audit: Claude, DataSnipper - Firm-wide: Claude, Karbon, AccountGroove - Tax: Liscio, Gruntworx, ProSeries, Claude.
