Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Estimator to join our team as a dedicated, full-time estimator working within our client's existing systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will own the full bid lifecycle - from plan development and quantity takeoff through final bid submission and project coordination. This is a critical role where accuracy and attention to detail directly impact project profitability and client satisfaction. You will be working directly with the owner and designer and will play a key role in the company's ability to pursue and win more work. Responsibilities: - Develop and refine plan sets in collaboration with the company's designer, progressing from initial concept to detailed construction documents - Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing from plans and specifications using Buildertrend - Manage the full bid solicitation and submission process - from coordinating subcontractor pricing to preparing and submitting complete, accurate bids - Solicit pricing from trade subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, tile installers, etc.) based on specific project scopes and design details - Support the full project lifecycle from initial high-level estimates through detailed final bids - Communicate directly with clients, subcontractors, and vendors via phone,
