About the Role As a Settlements Officer at Shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' business loans are settled accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and internal risk requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating loan disbursements, managing settlement documentation, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a seamless customer experience. This role suits someone who is detail‑oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing directly to customer outcomes and the overall success of Shift's lending operations. Duties & Responsibilities: - Coordinate the disbursement and collection of loans through the company's Loan Management System.
