About the role: As a Senior HR Business Partner at Shift, you'll work directly with leaders and teams to help build a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. This is a practical, hands-on role - you'll offer straight-forward HR guidance, deliver People & Culture initiatives, and support business goals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
