Job Description: The Product Delivery Associate supports the accurate and timely delivery of products by performing detailed inventory verification, order validation, and delivery readiness activities. This role is responsible for physically inventorying hardware, validating configurations against customer sales orders, and ensuring products coming out of production and quality are complete and correctly documented before delivery. This individual works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to identify discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and maintain consistency across customer orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment where accuracy and execution directly impact customer satisfaction. The role also supports Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inventory activities and assists senior Product Delivery personnel during customer acceptance events. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to consistently execute standardized processes with minimal errors.
