This placement is ideal for those who are curious, willing to learn, and keen to build confidence in a professional environment. Whether you already have a career in mind or are still exploring your options, this is a great opportunity to try something new, develop key skills, and get a real insight into how teams work day to day. No previous experience is needed-just a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved! What's This All About? Spend your placement outdoors at the beautiful Ladybower Reservoir in the Upper Derwent Valley, working alongside our Ranger team. You'll gain first-hand experience of how we care for a busy visitor site while protecting the natural environment. This is a hands-on, active placement where no two days are the same. You'll see how we balance keeping the area safe, clean, and accessible for visitors while looking after wildlife and the surrounding landscape. Please bear in mind that as we work in a remote location to ensure when applying that you are able to travel to site for the duration of the placement. What we hope
