Date - Monday 20th -Thursday 23rd July (4-days) Who it's for : Young people aged 14-18 who are interested in gaining hands-on experience of the world of work and exploring future career opportunities. This placement is ideal for those who are curious, willing to learn, and keen to build confidence in a professional environment. Whether you already have a career in mind or are still exploring your options, this is a great opportunity to try something new, develop key skills, and get a real insight into how teams work day to day. No previous experience is needed-just a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved! What's This All About? This placement gives you the chance to experience the day-to-day work of our operational teams and see how we keep our services running smoothly. You'll have the opportunity to spend time in our pump workshop, where you'll learn how water pumps are inspected, maintained, and repaired. These pumps play a vital role in keeping water and wastewater moving through our systems, so the work you'll observe is essential to what we do every day. This is a highly hands-on placement, where you'll get up close to equipment, tools, and real working environments. You'll see how problems are identified
