This placement is ideal for those who are curious, willing to learn, and keen to build confidence in a professional environment. Whether you already have a career in mind or are still exploring your options, this is a great opportunity to try something new, develop key skills, and get a real insight into how teams work day to day. No previous experience is needed-just a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved! What's This All About? In this placement, you'll work with engineers to see how ideas turn into detailed designs for treatment works and infrastructure. You'll get hands-on experience with drawings, plans, and design tools, while learning how different parts of a project come together. You'll spend time collaborating in the office and understanding how designs are used on-site, giving you a well-rounded view of the process. Along the way, you'll explore how systems are planned, tested, and improved to keep everything running smoothly.
