Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world's largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We're building trust in this system of credit. We are looking for a Software Engineer (Implementations) to join our team! This is an opportunity to have a big impact and partner with multiple functions across the organization. What you'll do - Own customer onboarding: We understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they're accurately integrated into our system. - Process improvement: Develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Project management: Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. -
