In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for Record-to-Report (R2R) General Ledger Accounting , ensuring full compliance with US GAAP and supporting the preparation of financial reports , audits , and continuous process improvements . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, with a keen understanding of Compensation and Benefit accounting being a significant plus. What we are looking for: An energetic and ambitious CA/CPA/CMA with 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, who aims to build a career in Corporate Accounting .
