The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago while doing commercial deliveries. We're looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity. The Senior Systems Verification & Validation Engineer is responsible for demonstrating and ensuring robots are safe, robust, performant, and satisfy market/customer needs. This position owns the verification & validation of requirements for autonomous last-mile delivery robots, both building out the high-level test campaigns through to defining the individual test cases and execution. This role partners cross-functionally to define and orchestrate the test and evaluation of complex systems by breaking high-level product goals and system requirements down into actionable strategies and methods for evaluation.
