Position Description : The primary role of the Preventive Maintenance Technician I in the Engineering Department is to follow a preventive maintenance schedule and to assist with maintenance and repairs . Responsibilities - Check windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall; Repair or create Work Ticket. Drywall - Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape and paper to protect surfaces.
