Overview Selective Insurance is looking for a GL Litigation Specialist to work in a remote capacity; however the ideal candidate should be experienced in handling claims in the Mid-Atlantic Regions as well as New Jersey (PA,DE,OH,MD,D.C., WV,NJ) . This role will investigate, negotiate, and conclude by settlement or denial complex and challenging litigated claims, including litigation in multiple different states, venued in state or federal courts. Must have expertise in commercial and personal lines, as well as coverage, contractual and legal issues.
