Duties and Responsibilities: - Provisioning & Configuration : Set up and configure client machines, following company standards - Technical Support : Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and applications - Inventory Management : Meticulously track, manage, and organize IT equipment inventory - Ticket Management : Create, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner - User Assistance : Respond to end-user inquiries and deliver timely service and solutions - User Account Management : Administration of user accounts for internal and external systems - User Onboarding and Offboarding : Timely delivery of onboarding and offboarding tasks Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience :
