Intelisys: Order Analyst SC-Greenville The Order Analyst owns order entry accuracy and data integrity across the post-sales order lifecycle. This role is responsible for rapid and error-free order entry. With oversight of AI-driven OCR document ingestion, including validation, exception handling, and continuous accuracy improvement. The Order Analyst ensures that all AI-extracted data is reviewed, corrected, and approved within defined SLAs. This role is accountable for identifying OCR failure patterns, escalating systemic issues, and partnering with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to improve automation performance over time.
