THE MISSION We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our merchant partners in Italy in the E-commerce industry. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned merchant partners, actively seeking new sales and business opportunities with existing partners. Additionally, the Junior Account Manager will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, preparing and reporting key data points. Key Responsibilities: - Support the retention and growth of your assigned merchants through regular check-ins and business reviews; - Learn to provide consultancy to merchants on how to optimize revenue using our premium products (Affiliation and Media Packages); - Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth Go-Live for new merchants and optimize their integration settings; - Help coordinate co-marketing activities to attract Scalapay's audience, working closely with our internal Marketing team; - Use data to identify business opportunities and prepare sales presentations with relevant findings and research; - Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations,
